Frederick Elghanayan, President, TF Cornerstone
Frederick Elghanayan is the President and co-founder of TF Cornerstone. He leads the construction division of the company and is responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of the more than 8 million sq. ft. of commercial and residential properties in TFC's portfolio. He is actively involved in the acquisition and development of future projects.

An industry veteran for over 40 years, Fred dedicates himself to ensuring that every TF Cornerstone project exceeds the industry standard for design, construction, environmental consideration, quality and innovation.

Prior to TF Cornerstone, Tom and Fred were principals of Rockrose Development Corporation, which they founded in 1970 with their brother Henry; they contributed to that company's growth into one of the most respected commercial and residential development firms in New York City. While a principal partner of Rockrose Development Corporation, Fred's work was recognized for excellence by the American Institute of Architects and the Municipal Arts Society of NY, among others.In 1997 Fred was awarded the "Silver Shovel" by the Subcontractors Trade Association.

Fred earned his Bachelor of Science in engineering from Cornell University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a board member of REBNYs Owners and Builders Division. In addition to dedicating his time to the real estate industry, Fred is an avid art collector. A former Trustee of the Brooklyn Museum of Art , he currently serves on several committees at the Brooklyn Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
